There Are Two Main Teams You Can Serve On:

At Movement Conference, there are two primary areas to serve: Movement Crew or Fresh Life Youth (FLY) Crew!

Movement Crew: Crew members in this area will serve in the morning or evening sessions at Movement Conference. By being a part of one of the teams, you will lead the way for all of our Registered Guests, including Family Groups and various Youth Groups from around the country, as well as Fresh Life Youth. This team serves Movement Conference as a whole.

Fresh Life Youth Crew: Crew members in this area will specifically and solely serve Fresh Life Youth attending Movement Conference. This team will create an amazing experience for our students and serve alongside our Fresh Life Youth Coordinators and Youth Pastor.

Expectations for all teams: - All teams will be required to undergo proper training and sign an agreement to uphold all policies and procedures for Movement Conference 2026.

GroupMe and Planning Center Services will be used for communication and scheduling. Each team will have a GroupMe chat, and it’s important to read and participate in those for information and updates. Each crew member will be scheduled through Planning Center Services. - Commit to being present for the full-time your role requires.

The Uprising of Honor Agreement *

In order to serve at Movement Conference 2026, every person must sign The Uprising of Honor Agreement. The Uprising of Honor Agreement states that I understand I am ambassador of Christ and of Fresh Life Church. The world will be watching me, and whereas none of us are perfect, I will do my best to represent Christ in all situations, living a life that is above reproach, letting not even a hint of immorality exist in my life.
